On a positive note, the hotel had a great location, being close to the train station and a 5-minute drive to Windsor Castle. The beer garden provided a nice place to sit and the restaurant offered good food. there was a very good Indian restaurant nearby.
The cleanliness of the rooms was a major disappointment, with stains on the mattress, flat and lumpy pillows, and dust-covered fake logs in the fireplace. The bathroom was also not clean, with cigarette ash and dirt in the bath and a stale smoke smell.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect with the train station just across the road. It was so convenient to catch a quick train to Windsor castle, which was very close by. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and the breakfast was delicious. I also loved that there was a great pub just across the road, where I enjoyed some fantastic beer and food. the location, transportation options, and friendly staff made my stay here truly enjoyable.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Convenient location near train station and short walk to Windsor. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room with excellent bed and nice shower. Tasty breakfast included. Enjoyed peaceful atmosphere.
